We can accept the return of books from any Warwickshire county library

Q  How do I renew books on a Warwickshire Library Service ticket?

You can renew a book up to 3 times in the library. This can also be done via the automated 24/7 renewal line – call 01926 499273 and online at http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/renew

Q Can I make requests for books from other libraries?

You can order books from other Warwickshire libraries within the network for a small charge, payable on collection. This can be done from home at http://librarycatalogue.warwickshire.gov.uk/ABwarwick/ or in the library with the help of a volunteer. Where a book is not available in the Warwickshire network, it may be possible to organise a cross-border loan at an enhanced rate. You will need to visit a County Library branch to do this.

Q How do I join the Warwickshire Library Service?

Full membership is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Warwickshire. You can join online at http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/jointhelibrary or, if you come into the library, a volunteer will help you to complete the process. You will need to bring with you some proof of identity. Your Warwickshire Library Service membership card will then be sent to your home address.

Q What happens about fines?

Books borrowed from Community Managed Libraries that become overdue will receive an ‘overdue reminder’ from Warwickshire Library Service – these are automatically produced. Any fines levied will be kept by Henley Community Library.

Use of the library computers is free of charge. Time is unlimited although we ask customers to respect those who may be waiting.
